For those who are interested, the field trip for the Mustang Island tour will begin at UT Marine Science Institute at 1 pm on Thursday, March 31 and end back at UT at 5 pm. Dr. Jim Gibeaut and Dr. Skip Davis of the Harte Institute at TAMU-CC are working on a guidebook for the field trip. This will be a very exciting and informative field excursion for one of best natural barrier islands in Texas. There are only three seats available and going fast.
