The Texas Senate Business and Commerce Committee’s interim report was just released and it includes a section on the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA). The committee’s conclusion is the system seems to be working and there are no recommendations for changes this next session. Please share this information with others in the group who may be interested.
